Seemingly taking its influence from Dynamite Deka, which is no bad thing unless you're on the AM2 team, Bandai has produced a sublime title well worthy of the comparisons to Sega's arcade opus. Here set on a ship rather than the Die Hard inspired Dynamite, you are given the choice of four characters to rescue the vessel from the kidnappers. As you'd expect from the giant animator, the cut scenes are slick setting the scene well, but not nearly as smooth as the combos that must be mastered to keep the hordes of bad guys away.
