A shroud of oriental mysticism encircles Ninja Gaiden III's gameplay that demands the patience of a Zen monk to complete some of the pixel perfect jumps. A very tidy conversion of the arcade giant and some towering, imaginative bosses that dwarf your character. Even more impressive regarding the hardware making this a fine celebration of the series as players take on the role of a ninja using stealth and cunning to get through some pretty devious levels. A worthy collectable that stands tall on its own two (ninja sock clad) feet. Known as the Ancient Ship of Doom in the West.
