Back to the old school as Sonic dons on his runners for what could best be described as a Mega Drive based high speed platformer. Clever use of the double screen as you can hop between the two as the level layout demands and the stylus is also used in the 3D bonus levels to control the spikey one. Graphically impressive with rich, vibrant colours and seamless animation even at warp factor ten. Like he's never been away.
