Genki had great difficulty resisting this piece of kit. The mini PSOne with detachable five inch screen makes the console almost portable. In fact, it would be ace to power this via a battery and see fellow commuters reactions. Its compactness and sleek lines are a tribute to miniaturisation, sadly not as followed with more modern consoles. And the screen has a resolution and crispness that is up there with the quality of the PC Engine LT. And the stereo speaker shows Sony's rich heritage in audio.
Second hand. Mini monitor can be removed. Console output is NTSC and to be connected to a TV, requires an NTSC capable television. To use the set-up with the supplied power supply requires a step down transformer in the UK. Boxed with manual. Box has a dealer stamp on the guarantee area. The LCD Monitor is detachable, but the opening and closing of the it has meant the hinge is quite loose. Therefore it may need propping up. Comes with PSOne Dual Shock joypad and AV cable that can be attached direct to the monitor for a double display. Also has headphone jack and AV in. Power pack rated at 7.5v and powers both console and monitor. The LCD monitor has volume and brightness settings. Comes with manuals for both components in bag with registration card.
