An unusual piece of hardware allowing gamers to play My Card Mark III, Gold Cartridge and Silver Cartridge games to be played on the Mega Drive. (Just the Japanese name for Master System unfortunately, rather than some new found Sega format.)
Brand new. Not compatible with F16 Fighting Falcon, Loretta no Shouzou, Sports Pad Soccer, Shinobi and Ys. Box has scuffing and discolouration, but its not too bad considering its age.
