Famicom Cart
Simulation
Early Famicom release with bold primary colours and cutesy penguins to ornate the table. The bonus section is a homage to Mario as he runs from side to side bouncing the ball back up to try and break down the princess platform and free her.
Famicom Cart
Simulation
Very tidy ball mechanics and nice power ups in the shop make for a fine pinball game. The RPG fantasy theme throws bosses into the mix besides the power ups and the levels are themed with gargoyles and skeletons in keeping with the theme. Super table top flipper fun.

A wonderful premise of a game: try and keep the family of the household happy. Cheap rent is always a good place to start. Very compelling.

Unique combination (well excluding the prequels) of RPG and quiz title. The RPG elements are very well done in the bygone era sprite style and make for a gaming world that is far easier to get emotively involved with than some CG attempts.
PC Engine Super CD ROM
Simulation
Colourful quiz game based on the end of year quiz held at graduation ceremonies. An assuring title from a golden era of PC Engine gaming.
