Sonic Advance 3 reverts to a more platform based formula after the spin whizz levels of its predecessor introducing switches and spikes so its not possible to simple spin to the goal. Sega have also introduced a two player co-operative option so the Sonic Tails dream team can once again take to the underwater levels or bound off into the psychedelic sunset with some extravagant use of in game colour.
