Famicom Cart
Sports
Cheery chip-tunes accompany the slick, on-ice action with sound puck physics as it glides across the screen. The players are a good dimension to be able to enjoy a good game and try and avoid a dust up.
Famicom Cart
RPG
Ninjas are never too far away in this feudal Japan RPG with cute sprites and turn based combat very much of its 8Bit style.
Famicom Cart
Puzzle
Line up the colourful characters from the famed Sanrio series, with none more infamous than Hello Kitty herself, in this fine and dandy Puyo Puyo tribute.
Playstation
Sports
Fine ball physics and interesting characters to play against, including the Train Spotting look a like Timothy. Players must be wary of getting hustled when greenbacks are on the table. Not sure what Ronnie would make of the fast-paced soundtrack between shots mind.
Playstation
Action
Megaman takes the leap into 3D platforming and Capcom have applied plenty of polish to avoid the lure of a third dimension lacking in gameplay. Plenty of sub quests and so polished it positively sparkles like an avatars smile.
PS2
Action
Gothic Splendour meets Castlevania style Transylvania as our J Rock style hero slices up all and sundry in order to prevent being over-whelmed. Stylishly executed both in terms of the gameplay and in terms of the hero’s actions.
PS2
Simulation
Genki is just pleased its more than a slot or fruit machine simulator with Ken and the post-apocalyptic scenes adding to the atmosphere, rather than just menacingly crunching their knuckles and waiting to mutter the immortal words of the series.
PS2
Puzzle
Taito’s trusty puzzle title remains as addictive as ever in this competent PS2 conversion. The in-game characters have been revamped making for bizarre rivals that would seem more at home in Parappa The Rapper, Vib Ribbon or Rhyme Rider Kerorican.

Club Nintendo of Japan exclusive Mario Party themed playing cards demonstrating the Big N’s humble roots as a card manufacturer.

A very tidy Animal Crossing colouring in book with colourful note labels, maze puzzle and a character sheet.
Virtual Boy
Sports
From the creator of the Virtual Boy (and the WonderSwan) Gunpei Yokoi comes this outer space themed realistic pinball title with crisp digitised sound and samples, along with a save facility so high scores can be saved. The hardware’s 3D effect works well.
Playstation
RPG
Fight back against the evil empire whose Dark Knights have burnt down your village. Square does justice to its immense FF series with this sparkling update of the Famicom original.
Playstation
RPG
There are collectors who strive to collect every game Squaresoft has released and with such packaging it is easy to understand why that is. More than worthy of an English language translation with some emotion stirring moments in, some Chocobo must have had his head in the sand in Squares Overseas Department. There are some who feel the FF series lost its innocence in the shift from sprite based to the 32 Bit era so great that the time and effort was made to preserve its essence on CD format.
Playstation
Puzzle
All your favourite high school characters in a Puyo Puyo style saccharine sweet puzzle game. Boutique babe Ms. Kagami is a favourite in the Genki office.
PS2
Action
Samurai slasher less cerebral than the ‘Biohazard’ series, but the beautifully realised feudal Japanese world draws you in. Capcom’s class oozes through this title along with some sublime action sequences.
Super Famicom
RPG
Sweet, sprite-based world with immense attention to detail including illumination from the crystal and wave effects, all accompanied by the stirring orchestral score.
Super Famicom
Sports
Mode 7 made for such a game with the engine revs blaring out. Effortlessly copes with the split screen multiplayer too – impressive results putting the hardware top of the podium.
PS4
Sports
An incredible tribute to the art of racing, the feel of smooth tarmac roads and the pure speed shining through in such a fine tribute to the sport with Polyphony pouring life and soul into its passion.
Nintendo 64
A Bit Special
Madcap mini games galore, all fitting the bill of being quick to pick up and great fun, especially in multiplayer.
Second hand. Also comes with Happy Mini Games Collection manual. Creasing to covers of both manuals. Box dents and scuffing with a small tear on the top edge.
Nintendo 64
Rhythm
Full to Disney colour and razzmatazz as all the old faves get down to some modern and classic tunes to Konami’s proven DDR formula. A nice, exclusive N64 mode to boot.
Nintendo DS
A Bit Special
A Club Nintendo title that could only be obtained in Japan by those holding sufficient points which should no doubt add to its collectability in years to come. Transforms your DS into a Game & Watch machine in which Nintendo first cut its handheld teeth complete with clock. Two titles are included this time: Octopus and Parachute to help while away any waiting lounge.
