Emerald Dragon

Created by Glodia - a relative unknown to the mighty Y's team, Emerald Dragon has its roots in early Japanese only home systems. NEC decided to go for a big budget revamp as the results are rated as superior to the seminal Y's in some Engine evangelist's eyes. A stirring orchestral score, detailed and believable sprite-based world, slick cinematics... But its the touching story and plot developments between a shipwrecked girl and a dragon survivor of a genocide that makes this stand out from the rest.
