Sega has always maintained its own path with its Shining series and it is a righteous path with its angel overtones. The character costumes are incredibly outlandish - any of the outfits would satisfy the most demanding of anime con attendee. The musical score is worthy of the angelic links and the battles are intuitive and full of action, as they should be.
