The choice of Genkis characters such as Ushio and Tora, Spriggan, Ghost Sweeper Mikami, Gegege no Kitaro, Hajime no Ippo, Samurai Deeper Kyo, Devilman, Cyborg 009 and Eightman perhaps gives away a little too much over the era that brings a tear to the eye. Yet there are far more modern mange charcters brought to life by Konami to celebrate fifty years of Shonen Weekly and Monthly. As such itfs a whos who of manga and the comic book influence is high with plenty of katakana piff, paff, pows plus an abundance of speed lines alongside the cut scene special moves.
