Brand new. Pack contains the Mega Drive Modem and Sega Net Cartridge which allowed gamers to connect to the Sega Game Library. Also includes modem cable, attachment screw and phone jack. Game box comes with two manuals. Also comes with modem manual with warranty letters, registration card and pre-paid envelope in bag. Light box wear on the edges and some creasing on the front of the box, but doing very well considering is age.
