Presented by B.B. Queens, this CD features tracks from Out Run, Earnest Evans, Super Monaco GP II, Golden Axe II and After Burner amongst others, but it is most reknowned as the first track is actually a game called Teddy Boy Blues which can be played on the Mega CD.
