Sassy high Res sprites with full 3D backgrounds looking very smart with moving cranes and ships (plus a few familiar faces egging the combatants on.) The Cafe stage is a real delight too. Even the specials have had a graphical lick of translucent PS2 paint but still keep in fitting with the surrounds. The puritans can head straight for the Neo Geo Mode which plays the same as the AES cart. Bonus material abound in the shape of the series' stories accessible through the menu. SNK may be no more but this releases shows its infamous fan service lives on. Reciprocate the love.
