Heavenly Sword (New)

The cinematic Heavenly Sword has production values to put Tinsel Town to shame with the whole world sprouting to life through the vibrant visuals and immense performances. Yet Heavenly Sword also takes its leave from the big screen telling the story in a series of flashbacks like the mighty Rashomon. Nariko fights as the main character with some sublime combos: building them up gives her the power to unleash fantastic finishing fatalities, yet counter attacks must be mastered to graduate from this dojo. There are also some Shenmue inspired action scenes requiring a timely button press to proceed. Alternative crossbow wielding character Kai plays a different game entirely making for good replay value.
