Japanese exclusive as Capcom demonstrates its dab hand when it comes to manipulating the Saturn architecture like a martial-arts master. Guy, Cody, Haggar et al this time are freed of fighting on the streets that made the series name and star in a one on one beat em up, albeit with the same urban decay. The mechanics are strictly old school, yet the graphics have been souped up to add textures and polygons as was the boom at the time of its release. A real star of any Saturn collection and the final Capcom release for the system.
