Battle Master

Street Fighter inspired one on one fighter from a fine era of SFC releases when every second game was a fight title. Seems to breach copyrights on Patlabor aswell in the futuristic background, as if the blatant Chun Li take in Ranmaru wasnt enough. But it does have plenty of techniques of its own and the backgrounds are very tasty capturing the essences of a Chinese temple, night time China Town, or battling it out around the rim of the Statue of Liberty.
