Violinist of Hamelin (Cart Only)

Don't let the classical music soundtrack put you off as the Hamelin Violinist goes about this platform romp using his girl assistant Flute as a platform, weapon, shield even as the bait in a trap. Flute can also wear various animal costumes that can be collected within the levels and used to get through a tight spot. The elephant costume allows her to put out fires, for example. Or the penguin suit helps them glide over water. Plenty of other puzzles in game to delight over, but nothing too high brow as the classical music soundtrack might suggest. Enemies are dispatched with musical notes from the violin. Gorgeous graphics: Flute's animations are a joy to behold. Music to the ears in a crowded and noisy genre on the Super Famicom.
