To be honest it is a little hard to tell the difference between the scenery trackside and that on offer in the Shinkansen in Japan. But the announcements are certainly in Mandarin, as well as helpfully in English. Genki just wonders if the green tea ice creams are still on offer. Popular title with the train spotting cognoscenti.
