Rogue Wario stars in a special platforming title taking advantage of the VB's clever technology to add graphical pizzazz to the pirate's treasure plundering theme. Rather than try and create a fully 3D experience, Nintendo has stuck firmly to its 2D roots whilst adding in 3D effects to make for a superbly playable platformer, possible the pick of the Virtual Boy crown. It may be wise to keep an eye on background activities as before you know know it, the background may shift to the foreground... Powers ups come in the shape of hats allowing Wario special abilities to frazzle enemies with fire or create a mini earthquake that also goes some way to adding another dimension to the gameplay.
